Pay as you go Support

Instead of prepaid support plans, you may contact us whenever you need to and pay for each event or request. We estimate each incident so that you can purchase the support hours as needed. See below for examples of prices by support type.  Remember this procedure is for support and not larger projects — for those see our setup services with predefined packages and prices.

How The Process Works

  1. On first contact (support form below), we gather information to scope out the request or issue.
  2. We provide an estimate, in whole hours and where possible a timeline.
  3. If you agree then purchase any additional hours.
  4. We may need access to your WP dashboard and possibly your host server to get the job done as quickly as possible. Just add a user id with admin access for us. You can also change your password. If you don’t want to send that info on the form, let us know you’ll provide via email when we respond to the form.  Similarly for cpanel access on your webhost, provide a temporary password or ftp access, if needed.

Depending on the complexity of configuration and settings.

We can add your header image or change the text. Also add social icons in header.

Ad Placement – $30 – $100

We can help you place Adsense and affiliate ads in your sidebars or posts. Also help you create your own ad space.

Font Changes – $30 – $60

If you need to change site wide typography and text, title or background colors, we can modify your free or premium theme.

Customize Theme Elements – $30 each
