You can now open your own support thread in our BaseCampHQ forum. The project stays open for 6 months. You get priority response in terms of quick Q & A or work quotes for your support needs. The forum is a secure communication environment which only you and our team can access.
Subscribe with the ‘Pay Now” button below *. The cost is $18 — a one time payment for 6 months. We then create your thread and send you the link. No need to fill out a form for every request. Just add a new message in your project thread. We then tell you if you need to purchase a support ticket. Tickets start at $20 for 30 minutes of troubleshooting. No invoicing, so it saves time for all of us.
The text field is unformatted so carefully key each item with a comma or blank to separate before you press the pay button. Here’s an example:
